New prices as of Aug 15th 2010, I am changing and restructuring some things as my business continues to grow and expand.  I will now be offering different package options to try to meet peoples different requests and needs.

The Newborn expanded package- This is the ultimate package to capture those first precious days of your new baby’s life. I prefer to do them within the first 2 weeks if possible.  1-3 hours is allowed to capture those sweet newborn moments while they hopefully sleep for us.  Timing is based on the newborns needs and allows for feedings and changes as needed.   With this package you will get a preview of your session online as well as your gallery online of all edited photos.  You will receive a cd of your images that appear online that you may print from or you may order prints online as well.  We can also snap a few pictures with mom and dad of the new baby if you wish (does not apply for extended family and or individuals of siblings.  Siblings can have individuals done for an added price).  Package price is $100 due the day of the session.

The basic newborn package- All of the same things as the package above but does not include a cd of your images.  All prints must be purchased through the photographer online.  Package price is $65 due the day of the session.

Package #1- The basic package will include your photo session with all edits and storyboards.  A preview of your session online as well as your full session online.  Prints can then be purchased directly from www.sarahmcconnell.zenfolio.com.  NO CD is included with this package.  With any order of over $40 you can request a free CD with up to 10 images for blogs, facebook and so on.  Images will not be able to be reprinted from this cd.  Package does not apply to  seniors or weddings.  $54 total due on day of session. (includes tax)

Package #2- The ultimate package for printing.  Includes your session, edits and storyboards.  A preview of you sesssion online as well as your edited session online.  Prints can be purchased online plus it includes a cd of all images that appear online except for storyboards which can be purchased from me online.   All printing rights will be included.  Package does not apply to weddings or seniors.  $78 total due on day of session. (includes tax).                 Reminder-ALL PRINTING LABS ARE NOT EQUAL.  There are some labs that have better quality than others.  I personally have some I will not use do to poor quality and they do not calibrate their printers often enough so coloring can look different than it should.  Also, if you plan on using certain labs please tell me.  Certain labs are harder to work with and walgreens and walmart will require different things than any other lab so I need to know to give you the proper forms or emails.   I usually recommend online labs for quality and ease of working with.

Package #3- The mini session.  Perfect for christmas cards or birthday invites.  Session includes sitting, edits and storyboards.  1 outfit only and 1 background only.  Mini sessions is limited to 30 minutes and one child.  All images will appear online.  Orders can be done online plus a CD of session is included with printing rights.  Package does not apply to weddings or seniors.  $54 total due on day of session.  (includes tax).

Senior package #1- The senior package includes a studio and on location spots.  Session lasts from 2-4 hours with up to 3 locations.   All images appear online.  NO CD is included.  Pictures can be purchased from me online and with any $40 purchase a cd with up to 10 imgaes for blogs and facebook can be requested.  Images can not be reprinted from cd.   $150 total due on day of session (includes tax).

Senior package #2-The senior package includes a studio and on location spots.  Session lasts from 2-4 hours with up to 3 locations.   All images appear online.  A cd all all images that appear online is included except for storyboards which can be purchased from me online.  Printing rights included with this package.  $225 total due on the day of the session (includes tax).

*Any extensive reediting after final edits appear online will be done at a fee of $5 per photo.

*Sorry but unedited images will not be put on the cd.  No exceptions.   Only images that appear online (minus the storyboards) will be on the cd if you purchase that option.  The cd images are copyrighted to the photographer and are not to be reedited or changed without permission.

*Not responsible for printing from outside labs that are not through me.  Every lab has different quality and calibration of their printers.  I choose to offer a printing lab that I feel has good quality for a reason and if you decide to print somewhere else off your cd the photographer is not responsible for the job they do.

What custom photography ultimately is all about is choice and experience. Custom photography is about finding someone who will photograph your family, give you devoted 1:1 attention without worry of who is next ‘in line’ or the feeling of a crowded portrait studio.

• A custom photographer will typically show you a fairly extensive gallery culled to only show the good images that meet the photographers’ creative sensibilities.
• Often the images are fully edited images-color corrected with blemishes and undereye circles removed.
• Custom photographers are also known as boutique studios, offering a range of products and unparalleled service. Think Lexus vs. Hyundai, think Nordstrom vs. WalMart.
